2 Day intensives (20-22 hours)

During this 2 day intensive you and your therapist will do a deep dive into the issues that have been plaguing you. By the end of this intensive you will have a deep understanding of your limiting beliefs, ineffective coping strategies, maladaptive behaviors, values, and values hierarchy… along with much more. Intensive Out Patient (3 days, 9 hours total)

During this 3 day intensive outpatient, just like in the one day intensive, you and your therapist will do a deep dive into the issues that have been plaguing you. By the end of this intensive you will have a deep understanding of your limiting beliefs, ineffective coping strategies, maladaptive behaviors, values, and values hierarchy… along with much more. You will also leave with practical real life steps that you can take to immediately put into practice.
